WHAT TURNKEY MEANS

A scope agreed.
A shared understanding.

A turnkey offer describes the project-specific package in your contract. It can include lodge design, manufacture, envelope, fixed interiors, kitchen appliances, HVAC, internal services, transport, installation and handover.

Every proposal identifies inclusions, exclusions and the responsibility for work beyond the lodge.

Items assessed for each site

  • Land, surveys & geotechnical investigations
  • Planning fees, permits & local professional services
  • Screw-pile foundations & external utility networks
  • Roads, walkways, parking & terraces
  • Landscape works, pools & shared facilities
  • Photovoltaics, storage & special handling

These may need separate pricing or client-side arrangements. Coordination can be included by agreement.
