HUT SPACE02 keeps its overall form and roof geometry across a series. Selected exterior finishes and RAL-coded colours can be considered within the chosen material system and production conditions.
Site-specific engineering adapts the structure, envelope and installations to the destination. Each reference unit typically includes two bedrooms, open-plan living and dining, a kitchen, bathroom and entrance area.
THE SYSTEM, CONSIDERED
From structure to sanctuary.
01 / Structure
A heavy-steel primary frame provides principal load-bearing support. Prefabricated Light Gauge Steel (LGS) forms the coordinated secondary framing for envelope elements, subject to final engineering.
02 / Ground connection
Engineered steel screw-pile foundations are proposed where ground and regulatory conditions permit. Geotechnical findings, structural loads and the permitted installation method determine the final foundation package.
03 / Envelope & finishes
The preliminary reference envisages an aluminium sandwich-panel façade of approximately 60 mm with around 100 mm of additional mineral wool, and an insulated roof-panel system of approximately 100 mm. These are indicative build-ups; performance, thicknesses and material choices are confirmed for each project.
04 / Interior & fit-out
Solid wood panels or equivalent approved materials form a coordinated interior language. The agreed package may include fixed furnishings, fitted kitchen and appliances, bathroom fittings, lighting and internal electrical, water and drainage installations.
05 / Climate & local requirements
Heating and cooling are selected for the climate and intended operation. Structural loads, energy performance, fire safety, moisture and acoustics are reviewed for the project location with appropriately authorized professionals. Final specifications and approvals are project-specific.

1010 can develop the masterplan, service access, parking, utilities, shared spaces and landscape approach. Elevated steel-grating walkways may be considered on steep or sensitive sites, subject to local requirements.
Walkways, terraces, access roads, foundations and landscape works are site-development components designed and priced for the actual project.
