Architecture, design and coordinated project delivery from Prishtina, Kosovo.

ARCHITECTURE / DESIGN / DELIVERY

1010 L.L.C. is an architecture and design studio led by MSc/Dipl.-Ing. Arch. Visar Geci.

The studio brings together conceptual design, technical planning and production-focused thinking. Its work spans architectural design, modular building systems, masterplanning and bespoke development concepts.

HUT SPACE is a modular holiday-home collection by 1010 for investors and resort developers. HUT SPACE01 is the built model; HUT SPACE02 is the new model in development for series production.

For projects requiring local licensing, the studio coordinates with appropriately authorized architects and engineers or the client’s existing consultant team.
